Owner and Staff very friendly. Close to beach and love the pool on the property. Nice rooms and friendly guests and felt very safe. Love the hotel and highly recommend. Will definitely visit again when I return to Puerto Angel.
This place is by far the best in Oaxaca. I almost don’t want to leave a review because this is our favorite little know spot but we love the owner! She is AMAZING!! We talk every time I go. They have air conditioning, fans, TV for the kids at night, rooftop terrace with an amazing view, close to the beach, pool, beautiful plants (which is my favorite part). It’s a great atmosphere and more than anything else I like to support businesses that I know the owners are good people and actually deserve the money I’m paying them. Stay here. You won’t regret it!!
Great little traditional hotel right by the beach in Puerto Ángel. Clean, friendly and just all around easy and nice.
Rooms are big enogh for four people. You will find every room has a tv, AC, bathroom and WiFi; the pool is great for children. In the morning they serve fresh organic coffee for guests.
Rooms are ok, they clean every day. It’s A/C in the rooms and hot water. Nothing really happens in this small neighbourhood but it’s safe and you can take a taxi or rent a moto and go to the nearest cities. The staff are so friendly, helpful and service minded. Loved them! Some of them speak English also. Free coffee in the morning and free cold filtered water.
I LOVE this hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and were very pleased. We had a suite and it fit our needs perfectly. The only downside is the living area didn’t have AC - only the bedroom did. We hardly spent any time hanging out in the room so it wasn’t an issue. The rooftop terrace is incredible. The views are stunning. The hotel is just steps away from the beach and our kids loved the little pool. The staff is so friendly. I will for sure come back if I visit the area again.
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Cabana as the last stop on our honeymoon in Mexico. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, despite our poor Spanish. The room was very clean and comfortable and made a great base to explore the pacific coast from. They allowed us a slightly later checkout and booked a local taxi to the airport for us too.
It's really close to the beach. It has a great place to swim and snorkel. The hotel has a great view of the ocean and the beaches. I really recommend it.
